Shipping policy

Nothing is posted, and nothing needs a delivery address. From Zero to Algorithmic Trading is a digital handbook, so it arrives by email as a PDF.

How and when it arrives

Your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a minute of your payment clearing. There is no waiting period, no dispatch time and no courier involved.

What it costs to deliver

Nothing. There are no shipping fees, no handling fees and no customs or import charges, anywhere in the world.

Where we deliver

Everywhere. The handbook is written in English and priced in South African rand, and one chapter is specific to South Africa, but the other fifteen apply wherever you are.

If it has not arrived

Please try these first, because they solve almost every case:

• Check your spam, promotions and junk folders.
• Check the email address on your order confirmation for a typo.
• Give it a few minutes. Email is usually instant but can occasionally lag.

If it still has not arrived, email hello@zerotoalgorithmictrading.co.za with your order number and we will re-send it. There is no charge for this, and there is no time limit on asking.

Keeping your copy

Save the PDF somewhere safe once it arrives. If you ever lose it, contact us and we will send it again. Your licence includes every future revision of this edition, and we will email you when one is published.
