Refund policy

Because this is a digital handbook, it reaches you complete and in full the moment your payment clears. There is nothing held back and nothing to post. For that reason, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds once the handbook has been delivered.

We would rather you never need this policy, so we have tried to make the decision easy before you spend anything.

Read it before you buy it

Real pages from the first edition are available to read on our home page, free and without an account. You will see the writing, the diagrams and the code exactly as they appear in the handbook. If the standard there does not convince you, please do not buy it. We would genuinely rather keep your trust than take your money.

We are also unusually direct about what this handbook does and does not promise. It teaches competence, not profit, and it opens with the published statistics on how most traders actually fare. If you are looking for guaranteed returns, this is not the book for you, and we would rather tell you that here than refund you later.

What we will always put right

A no refund policy is not a licence to leave you stuck. If any of the following happens, contact us and we will fix it, at no cost to you:

• Your handbook does not arrive, or your download link fails. We will re-send it.
• The file is corrupted or will not open. We will replace it.
• You were charged twice, or charged in error. We will refund the duplicate in full.
• What you received does not match what was described on this store.

Your rights under South African law

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Where the law gives you a remedy, that remedy stands, and we will honour it.
